Culture day photo story

The starting point for the day. Waiting for the rest of the group to arrive.

Waiting for the train at stratford

Arriving at London bridge underground station, where it had cool twisting stairs. The white balance for the picture on the right was turned down.

The clink

  The entrance of the clink.

Hanging skeleton.
The White balance was turned down to its lowest  point
In the clink we got a tour around the prison where we learnt about the history of torture. It was very interesting.

This image here is of a man who was chucked into a hole and was left to die.
Sort of close up image of the chain and in the background
there was a man(dummy), showing how they chained up  the
prisoners.
These pictures here are the old version of handcuffs. They used to melt
the two ends together, so that the prisoners were unable to escape.

A close up of the one of the headless man face
This image here is a man being chained up. I really like the image as I think the lighting
gives of a dangerous and painful feeling.

After leaving the clink, we wondered around the area we were in a and came across
a pirate ship.

This  here is an balancing elements image. Out of all the photos I took
this one is might favourite, because I like how you can see the city in the background and how the metal bar is leading towards it.
This image here was took outside a pub. With this image there are faint colours in the sky.
In this photo there is some symmetry going on with the two
towers on the bridge. But once again I like this photo as London is in the background.
Another balancing elements photo, this time with an ash tray.
A diagonal image of the torch outside the London Dungeons.
The London Dungeons. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take photos during the tour of the dungeons.
As I was leaving the train station, I took the symmetrical photo.
